Mantorship serves boys ages 12–17, young men 18–25, and adult men seeking accountability, emotional intelligence development, and structured leadership growth. We also support men rebuilding their lives through reentry and community reintegration programming.
Mantorship is a structured brotherhood model. We focus on emotional discipline, personal accountability, leadership development, and measurable growth. Participants engage in guided mentorship circles, skill-building workshops, and consistent accountability frameworks — not drop-in conversations.
Our reentry track provides structured support including emotional regulation training, mentorship, workforce readiness guidance, and leadership integration. The goal is long-term stability, identity restoration, and community contribution.
Mentors must demonstrate leadership maturity, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to structured accountability. All mentors complete an orientation and background screening before placement.
Mantorship operates through grants, partnerships, community support, and individual contributions. Funding directly supports structured programming, mentorship facilitation, and leadership development services.
Join a structured path of accountability, leadership, and emotional growth. Whether you’re a young man, mentor, or supporter, there’s a place for you here.
